Milo Bank$ and Chris Vella Reflect on Pandemic-Induced Isolation on New Single “Sonder”

Following on from the October release of their stellar joint EP Sonder, which traversed an ambitious range of hip-hop and alt rap soundscapes, Maltese rapper/producer tag team Milo Bank$ and Chris Vella have returned with a gripping visual accompaniment for the project’s bluesy title track.

Directed by Neo Borg Bonaci of Red Pill Blue Pill Productions, the new video finds a static Bank$ staring into the camera directly while rapping as life goes by behind him. A poetic representation of the stasis many of us have found ourselves in over the course of this pandemic, the track reportedly serves as the pair’s response to recent lockdown measures.
