A$AP Mob Artist A$AP TyY Works With droppTV On Shoppable Music Video “Who Ain’t With Me”

Today, A$AP TyY — a key member of the A$AP Mob home to rap titans A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg — is releasing his highly-anticipated new music video at 8:00 AM EST for his single “Who Ain’t With Me” exclusively on droppTV, the shoppable streaming platform for hip hop-loving hypebeasts. Video viewers can seamlessly click and buy the gear A$AP TyY and his crew wears and uses within the video, such as new and exclusive, color-changing A$AP TyY Air Force 1’s customized by CroxxHatch (only 25 available), Lo Life x COOGI “Lo Bear” sweatshirts, and A$AP TyY merch, along with popular tech gear from LG products including LG TONE Free true wireless earbuds and the LG PuriCare mini air purifier. The droppTV app is available for easy download via the iOS and Android mobile platforms.

The “Who Ain’t With Me” music video — the track itself, produced by Synesthetic Nation, is a release of the AWAL/Kobalt Music record label — was directed by 5ifth Ave, who has shot for French Montana and Lil Tjay. The video was inspired by Sons Of Anarchy, The Purge and New York City itself. With an appearance by A$AP Mob member A$AP Ferg, the video captures the essence of the dark, menacing and powerful sound of the “Who Ain’t Wit Me” anthem. It initially creates a sense of mayhem with an urban and chaotic aesthetic, culminating with A$AP TyY’s crew on a basketball court impressing with more bike tricks. “Who Ain’t With Me” is A$AP TyY’s first music video to be released from an innovative content series set to be unveiled via droppTV over the course of the next few months.

Commented A$AP TyY himself via press release: “droppTV is allowing me as an artist to monetize my merch throughout the music video. Fans are able to see what I’m wearing on screen and purchase it that moment, so it was a no brainer to partner with droppTV. They have supported my visions from day one and helped bring these visuals to life. I’ve spent the past year working on my sound and new projects. This new music and these visuals are like nothing I’ve done in the past.”

Added Gurps Rai, Chief Executive Officer of droppTV in a prepared statement prior to the video’s release: “The A$AP brand is known throughout the world as being innovative and trend setting, so it comes as no surprise that the ‘Who Ain’t Wit Me’ video is premiering on droppTV. A$AP TyY is pushing the envelope and is realizing his true value as an artist by featuring and monetizing new and exclusive shoppable fashion, lifestyle and tech gear through his highly anticipated debut.”

Additional shoppable brands within the music video include: shoe transport bag company Sole Pack, Saudi fashion brand 1886 Clothing, and craft tequila brand Tequila Tromba.
