The visuals for “CATCH A BODY” were directed by Henry Lipatov (J. Lo, Eminem, Kelly Clarkson). The video made its global world premiere on BET JAMS and BET HIP-HOP. “CATCH A BODY” was written by Christopher Ward (LIL CHRIS) and Denzel Charles (ROOGA) and produced by JuvyCatcher and 22Cartel.
“The inspiration behind Catch a body is what sadly is a reality to where I am from. The term is used loosely when its referred to a homicide in the city of Chicago. I was really thinking of my partner, Fbg Duck (may he rest in peace), when I went into the booth and I had to get his cousin, Rooga, one of the hottest in the game on the track to help me bring this picture to light,” mentions Lil Chris. “Catch A Body is a symbol of advice for everyone to see and hear what we go through in Chicago and perhaps make it a learning lesson to avoid going down that path where it can lead,” adds Rooga.
