Mike Smiff Releases ‘God Is Real’ Single and Music Video Featuring Toosii

Ted Lucas’ Slip-N-Slide record label is an iconic Miami institution, churning out multiple legacy artists throughout the tenure of their history. Next up from their roster is Miami’s own Mike Smiff, who aims to be the voice of the voiceless. Having faced his fair share of battles throughout his life, it wasn’t always sunny days in Miami for Mike. Overcoming homelessness to receiving a roster spot on Slip-N-Slide was quite the story but the work doesn’t cease and it’s just beginning and this is what spurred the inspiration behind his latest single “God Is Real” featuring Toosii.

God Is Real is the lead single off of his forthcoming album, “Thinking Out Loud,” due out in 2022. World premiering on BET Jams, Mike looks to close out 2021 on a strong note and heads into 2022 full steam ahead. This single follows up his single “Cheese” featuring Hotboii, and “Dade x Broward” featuring label mate F$O Dinero which was the Local Clout of the Day Track on Miami’s 103.5 The Beat, and was featured on NBC’s local news programming for their Help Me Howard segment.

Mike Smiff states, “God Is Real” is me wearing my feelings on my sleeves, being transparent about some things I was dealing with and acknowledging that I didn’t get through it by myself… God is real. If I had to describe this record in two words it would be reality music.

With co-signs by other South Florida artists like Kodak Black and Trick Daddy, as well as Boosie Badazz, Mike Smiff is destined for success, as he has yet to throw in the towel no matter what life threw at him. Get ready for his forthcoming album due out at some point this year.
