Ju Beanz Shows His Artistic Ability With Upcoming EP Breakthrough

DETROIT, MI – Jullian Kirkland – AKA Ju Beanz – is a long-time lover of music and an active artist in the Hip Hop industry. His bold style, versatility and drive to find a deeper connection with his audience has led him to create a collection of interesting tracks that truly includes something for everyone. Most recently he has been preparing to release his newest project, an EP titled Breakthrough.

From the beginning of his fascination with music, Ju Beanz has been stringing words together and building songs that people of all walks of life have been able to connect to. With his first song being recorded at fifteen years old in a McDonald’s bathroom, he has worked his way up to becoming a substantial and skillful artist.

Ju Beanz’ upcoming release of Breakthrough is more than just an EP, it is a showcase of his versatility. “I want it to show that I am not just in one lane of Hip Hop,” he said. The EP shows four different sides of Ju Beanz as an artist is an incredible example of his ability to exist as a strong artist outside of the confines of genre.

Breakthrough features four tracks, each with their own unique flair and story. While “Unleashed” and “Under-rated” focusing on his skill and versatility, “Relentless Rain” which gives a more introspective feeling, and “Look In My Eyes” featuring a dual storyline, there is truly something that everyone can enjoy.

Upon the first listen, “Look In My Eyes” sounds like a song about a relationship gone bad and technically that would be true, but it is also about so much more. “There’s a second, kind of underlying meaning to it,” he explained. “When you listen to it a second time you can start to catch that it can also be applied to the self.” The track’s dual meaning both focuses on the way we view our relationships and our own self reflection. It is something everyone can connect to and many can learn from.

“I want people to know that this EP, especially “Look In My Eyes” is about more than your first assumption,” said Ju Beanz.

Following the release of Breakthrough this July, Ju Beanz is excited for the release of another single this summer. “It’s a really high energy song,” he explained. “It’s going to have a dance incorporated with it too, I think people are really going to like this one.” He will also be filling the summer with more performances and collaborations.
