SME Dro$e Represents The Real While Exposing The Fake In “On My Own” Video

Lancaster recording artist SME Dro$e sets his sights on a mainstream takeover, starting with the release of his breakout single, properly titled “On My Own.” The song and music video shows the buzzing artist exposing the false narrative that a lot of street artists are portraying in the music. Showing off blue faces, tricked-out cars, and cups of expensive drinks. It’s everything that identifies an up-next artist about to blow.

“On My Own,” tells the story of the rising star’s relentless solo grind and plans for what he has in store for the industry in 2023. In the song’s press release, he explains:

“Message behind the song and music video is about how I came up in dis industry wit no help at all I did shit all on my own, and that’s why the video is called ‘On My Own.’ No bought streams, no management, and all independent. I’m planning on just staying consistent. Dropping more music and many more videos for the rest of the year.”

“On My Own” is quickly followed by SME Dro$e partnering music video for the latest song, “Jungle,” which is out now on all platforms. “Jungle” has already surpassed over 100,000 views on YouTube.

Add “On My Own” to your playlist today as the song is available now on all streaming platforms. And with that, follow SME Dro$e daily on social media for up-to-the-minute updates.
