M3LO Capone, Chicago Artist, is Ready for His Stardom

For Chicago native and rising hip hop artist, M3LO Capone, life’s challenges that stemmed
from growing up on the south side prepared him for the rap game. At the age of 22, he feels
blessed to grow older in this day and age after losing friends at a young age. Though the trauma
has been inescapable, Capone believes that it has made him the man he is today & been a
driving force towards wisdom.

As an independent artist, Capone acknowledges the sacrifices that it takes to make it to the
top. With no one putting a budget behind him, everything comes out of pocket, and having to
find his own connections has pushed him to be resourceful. However, Capone admits that he is
open to working under a label, if they can come to a good conclusion after negotiating, as he’d
love to take advantage of the resources.

Determined to leave a legacy while giving out game on life, Capone’s mission is bigger than
rap. It’s to inspire others and provide hope that you can make a way for your people while doing
what you love. A self-proclaimed movie buff, Capone’s interests exceed music as he loves
making movies. With the hopes of adding ‘director’ to his resume in the near future, he has a
few scripts ready that will not only touch new crowds, but give a new perspective on the streets
and people who come from them.
