Meet Irish Angel, Inc., a registered nonprofit corporation with a 501c3 status, dedicated to standing by the side of law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical service providers, dispatchers, and military veterans who grapple with the often-hidden scars of their heroic service.

Rooted in a profound appreciation for the sacrifices made by these everyday heroes, Irish Angel, Inc. was conceived as a lifeline to those who protect us, offering a robust support network that spans education, access to services, counseling, and an unwavering promise: you are not alone.

Founder’s Passion Ignites a Movement

At the heart of Irish Angel, Inc. is its founder, Amanda Coleman, a force of empathy and resilience. The tragic rate of suicides among these heroes has reached epidemic proportions, revealing a crisis that requires urgent attention. Irish Angel, Inc. has set its sights on forging a path of healing and prevention, embarking on a mission to address the mental, emotional, and physical wellness of our protectors.

To carry out this vital mission, Irish Angel, Inc. operates with remarkable efficiency and dedication. The organization’s board of directors, advisory board, and founder Amanda Coleman herself are unpaid volunteers, driven solely by the urgency of their cause. Two national health and mental health services providers, Acadia Health and Forge Health, have recognized the gravity of Irish Angel’s mission. Through a strategic collaboration, they are lending their expertise to provide treatment services, reinforcing the web of support that the organization has diligently woven.
