0The Center for Truth and Healing (CFTH) Launches Innovative Community Transformation Program For All Ages in Metro Atlanta
The Center for Truth and Healing (CFTH) proudly announces the launch of its groundbreaking co-ed programs for all ages, ‘Brains, Brawn & Beyond’ and ‘Brains, Beauty & Beyond,’ starting January 13, 2024. These unique initiatives are designed to cater to a diverse audience with a focus on inclusive, holistic personal and professional development, and community-building.
The dual programs aim to address the varied interests and needs of all participants, fostering an environment of learning, empowerment, and personal growth, irrespective of gender and age. While the program itself is co-ed, allowing participants to engage in a wide array of shared activities, it also includes gender-specific breakout sessions to address topics and areas of interest unique to each group.
“Brains, Brawn & Beyond” is a program specifically designed for males, focusing on developing resilience, leadership, and physical fitness. It includes activities such as teamwork exercises and workshops on male empowerment and mental toughness.
“Brains, Beauty & Beyond” caters to females, emphasizing etiquette, leadership, and inner beauty. This program involves activities such as etiquette exercises and workshops on female empowerment and body positivity.
Both programs comprehensively cover personal and professional development, mental health, financial education, conflict resolution, and relationship management. They also focus on health, wellness, sports, recreation, technology, culture, and genealogy, with gender-specific sessions on empowerment, health, self-care, relationships, and sexual education.
“Our mission with ‘Brains, Brawn & Beyond’ and ‘Brains, Beauty & Beyond’ is to provide a comprehensive, inclusive program that recognizes and celebrates the diverse needs of our community,” said Nicole Smith, the newly appointed Assistant Executive Director at The Center for Truth and Healing. “We believe that everyone, regardless of gender, should have access to resources that foster growth in all aspects of their lives.” stated the founding Director, Her Excellency Shanta Lana Hereford.
The program is open to participants of all ages and will take place every second Saturday at various locations in metro Atlanta. Registration details, program schedules, and additional information are available at https://truthandhealing.org or can be obtained by contacting [email protected].
