It comes as no surprise that each of these shows have been at the forefront of the music showbiz for well over a decade! Why? Well it’s simple! They offer underdogs the chance to rise from obscurity and we all know how people love a good “underdog story”. There is just something very relatable about contestants who participate in such competitions. They are regular people like us who are just trying to change their lives for the better. Most of us can easily resonate with this. What can I say? I guess the beauty of seeing an “underdog” emerge into a “star” is just too irresistible! And it is this exact desire to see underdogs thriving that inspired MDLBEAST to launch their own music competition – XPERFORM!
