Duke Deuce – MURDER

Brace yourselves! Today our beloved Memphis maestro, Duke Deuce, released a “killer” fresh single dubbed ‘MURDER’. Duke flips the script by flexing his vocal range over a self-produced, spine-tingling track while delivering a tempest of melodic flows. It vividly illustrates sinister acts wrapped in a rhythm that will have you swaying and nodding to each petrifying beat. The single is now available to stream on all major DSPs.

Crunk music was never dead, but Memphis rapper Duke Deuce has inspired a new generation to tear the club up. With inexhaustible energy and a booming voice, he has reclaimed the ecstatic subgenre for his hometown, making music as grim as it is gleeful, and turning up all the while. He often bellows his signature ad-lib “WHAT THE FUCK?!” with the force of a wrecking ball. Rapping about harrowing realities and detailing the benefits of his hard-won success, Duke has reached millions of fans who gravitate to his music’s intensity as much as they do his dance moves (a.k.a. gangsta walking) as seen in his videos and electrifying performances.

With each release, he makes the case that crunk is more than music but instead a way of life. Duke’s high-octane anthem and breakout single, “Crunk Ain’t Dead,” earned a remix featuring a few legends of the genre: Lil Jon, Juicy J and Project Pat. Since, Duke hasn’t let his foot off the gas, releasing Memphis Massacre [2018], Memphis Massacre 2 [2020], his debut album, Duke Nukem [2021] that peaked on Billboard Heatseekers at # 3 and his sophomore album Crunkstar [2022] which was also seen at #5 on Billboard Heatseekers, the latter of which boasts “Just Say That” feat. GloRilla and Quavo, “Falling Off” ft. Rico Nasty, and “Animosity” featuring Lil Yacthy.

Rolling Stone lauded the high energy, crunk-rock sound on Crunkstar, and Billboard named it one of the ‘20 Best Hip-Hop Albums of 2022. Recently honored with a Key to Memphis and tapped for Under Armour’s All-America Football and Elite 24 campaigns while simultaneously snagging a Nike and Adidas campaign, Duke continues his worldwide takeover with his latest mixtape offering Memphis Massacre III, showcasing a Memphis-only roster of features including Big Moochie Grape, ATM Rich Baby, Glockianna and Gloss Up. The King of Crunk and his fans affectionately known as the Crunkstarz are ready to raise hell as they are heating up for what he says is a world-wide take over.
