HARLEY is the Definition of New Make-Out Music with New Single ‘BACKSEAT’

Catapulting off HARLEY’s first Release (BEHAVE), BACKSEAT promos that idea people crave. It’s a make-out vibe. BACKSEAT has this blonde-hair-don’t-care taste collabing with real emotions— true west coast boys. Kind of like when a relationship starts to get wildly confusing yet weirdly perfect at the same time. HARLEY is a tight-knit three-piece pop band from Seattle, Washington. Cade Enslin (frontman), Kimo Combs (drums), and Tristan Woods (bass) formed HARLEY in 2018.

“We wrote this song based on memories of a specific relationship. How I forgot about the bad parts and only remember the good ones.”

When you can’t strip a memory of a relationship, HARLEY calls it “In the backseat” because it is always there behind you.

“It was really cool to write a fully loaded song [emotional] with the guys like that. We based it around some slang that we feel like we coined and that is so deeply rooted in our vocabulary. There was this girl I couldn’t shake, and she was always in the backseat of my mind. We sat down as a team and immediately started to get to work on it.”

Let’s be honest, the song fits the name. BACKSEAT vaunts the real-life blend of attraction and desire with love, respect, and real emotion. This song makes you wish you had a 2AM, backseat-make-out right now.
