Premiere: Marc Jones shares the captivating music video for ‘Progress’

Rising through the ranks of the thriving UK music scene, South London artist Marc Jones debuts the visuals for his brand new thought-provoking single ‘Progress’. The aptly name track shows that hard work and determination comes a long way, as he pieces together a track with a positive message.

Transporting us to the streets of London the video showcases Marc materialising his thoughts as he strives to make progress. Although the video unfolds two different circumstances they both strive for progress as they put the work in and create their path to success.

His introspective single is taken off his recently released debut EP ‘Progress’, also featuring his previously released single ‘Real’, which has been stream over 500,000 times to date.

Discussing his new single ‘Progress’ Marc Jones says:

“Like everyone else, I can often become obsessed with the outcome and neglect the progress. We all want to get the results before putting the work in, so I made ‘Progress’ to remind myself that every small achievement on the way to the bigger goal needs to be celebrated.”

“At the same time, I also wanted to convey that progress is relative. For the housebound person suffering with anxiety, progress could be opening the front door. It may not seem that much in comparison to becoming famous or successful, but it’s still extremely significant. My hope is that people can make the record their daily motivation.”
