“My approach to music is storytelling through an audio and visual lens,” says Priskorn. “I’ve always been searching for ways to express my music visually outside of the standard “band playing in front of a camera” aesthetic. The claymation style came to me in a moment of inspiration, so I built my artistic skills and ran with it. I love building my claymation worlds because the characters are essentially ambiguous. They may have no race, religion, even gender at times. This gives me the ability to focus on a message that everyone can relate to.”

“What Percent are Monsters” welcomes you into Clay’s genre-bending, mixed media world.  Self-produced, performed and directed, the project is an introspective journey through every creative facet of the artist. The result is an indisputable signature that is evident both sonically and visually throughout the project.
