Five Questions With Adam Dahan

As you see yourself, who is Adam Dahan?

Singer/songwriter from Montreal. I was always a big fan of music growing up, it got even stronger after I recorded a cover of Neyo’s “So Sick” at the age of 13. That studio session changed my life because it made me realize that singing, recording, and performing was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I like to have fun and enjoy life and that is what I try to portray in my music. Positive vibes and making people happy is what my music represents whether it be a love song or a song about popping bottles at the club its all about good vibes.

Tell us about your current project?

I am currently working on an EP, releasing single by single. With each release, I am growing my fanbase and increasing my visibility in the industry. My first single Lose My love did great and prepared the platform for what`s coming up. A second radio single in January. In between the EP releases, I’m putting out songs on streaming platforms. The online releases aside from radio are to showcase the different genres I like and write as well as developing and touching a different audience with the musical diversity. Stay tuned for my new track “Blurr” which drops online next week. In between all of this I try to be in the studio creating new music as often as possible working with producers from all over including Neowide, Villabeatz, Eifkeyz, JellyRoll to name a few.

What’s on your bucket list to accomplish as an entertainer?

As an entertainer, I think my biggest goal would have to be winning a Grammy as well as collaborating with Usher or Chris Brown.

Will you be finishing out 2017 on the road or what’s on your horizon for 2018?

I will be ending 2017 in Montreal spending time in the studio, working the online release of “Blurr”. 2018 is gonna to be a big year for me. We have alot of new music on the way and my team and I are organizing alot of shows. Can’t wait for ya’ll to hear this new material and stay tuned for the release of my new single dropping second week of January. I am also releasing the EP later this year.

The Hype Magazine wants to know: What’s been your CRAZIEST “Where they do that at?! Or “WTF?!” moment thus far in your career?

There have been so many crazy moments along the way but a few that stick out the most would have to be: – Meeting Akon and chilling with him in studio (he is one of my favorite artists) –Performing a summer jam show with Rick Ross, Meek Mill and Wale and definitely smoking a joint with both Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa :))
