Inside of Vincent Country with Chef Tommi V.

Taking time away from building an empire, Chef Tommi V. took the time out to speak with me and discuss all the great things going on with Vincent Country.

Tommi is a celebrity chef, caterer, and wife of legendary NFL player, Troy Vincent (who is currently EVP of the NFL’s Football Operations). Recently Troy and Tommi launched Vincent Country, a lifestyle movement created to inspire, uplift, and reflect positive images.

With family at the forefront, Tommi is creating a brand that is sure to leave a lasting legacy. Caring about the community as much as she does about her own children, Tommi is teaching us to unpack our minds and start to create a balance in our lives.

Press Play and hear all her wisdom as she takes me inside of Vincent Country!

Tommi Vincent is a motivational speaker, entrepreneur, writer and chef, best known as the matriarch ofTommi Vincent VINCENT COUNTRY and the wife of Troy Vincent, Executive Vice President of NFL Football Operations and former All-Pro NFL cornerback. Tommi has built an exemplary family and diverse career around faith-filled leadership and community development.

With a growing passion for helping others early on, Tommi attended Temple University in Philadelphia for her undergraduate studies in social work. However, the highlight of her academic achievement culminated when she received her degree in Culinary Arts from Stratford University in Baltimore under the guidance of Master Chef Edwin Scholly, former White House Chef servicing three administrations.

Beginning with her Nana Edie’s catering company, over 30 years ago, Tommi developed a genuine desire to use her talents as a way to heal others. By creating thoughtful, soul-stirring recipes with love and intention she is able to manifest an environment that ultimately results in positive change for all those involved – her coveted VINCENT COUNTRY Retreats is a prime example.

Since 2008, Tommi has been the Co-Chair/Administrative Assistant for Love Thy Neighbor Community Development and Opportunity Corporation, where she manages participant and donor databases, develops programming, spearheads fundraisers and writes grants for the non-profit.

Tommi and Troy are proud parents to five amazing children, Desire’, Troy Jr., Taron, Hadassah and Tanner. She currently lives with her family in Virginia.
