Jay Park’s New AOMG Signing, Korean Artist DeVita, Releases Debut EP

AOMG’s newest signee, Korean artist DeVita, has today released her debut EP ‘CRÈME’. Alongside the record, she also dropped the futuristic video for lead single EVITA!, which was premiered by tastemaker The FADER.

After teasing the news of a new member on social media over the past few days which left thousands of fans speculating, hip-hop and R&B powerhouse label AOMG finally introduced DeVita to the world today.

The debut EP CRÈME, portrays DeVita’s refined sensibility in a profound way, with the name being a homage to ‘crème de la crème’, meaning ‘best of the best’ in French. The record is comprised of five tracks, which all explore her growth as an artist over the past three years.

Her artist’s name, ‘DeVita’ is derived from the movie Cinema Paradiso’s main character ‘Salvatore Di Vita’ and Argentina’s former first lady ‘Evita Peron’, representing her desire to inspire and influence listeners’ lives through her vibrantly colored music.

DeVita started gaining attention after releasing several unique and soulful tracks through SoundCloud. She has proven boundless artistic potential by collaborating with multiple artists such as Jay Park of AOMG, H1GHR MUSIC, Roc Nation and more, who has now signed her to his globally successful label.

DeVita’s debut EP ‘CRÈME’ leaves a powerful and lasting impression on listeners, and will be the first of many to come from popstar in the making.
