We sat down with him to talk about his experience and proudest accomplishments in the music industry!

Tell us a little bit about your background in the entertainment industry. What have some of your biggest accomplishments been on your journey to the top?

I started off going to the Los Angeles Recording school in 2016. From there I interned for the Stereotypes and Detail. I have have  credits with Yo Gotti, Iggy Azalea,Lil Boosie, Young Dolph to name a few.I’m going to make a billion plays in a billion ways for a billion days.

What about your experience in the Navy are you able to apply to your life today?

I have learned to apply discipline, focus, and I pay attention to detail.I truly learned what sacrifice meant and that if it’s for the right things…..its okay.Furthermore I’ve learned for that every excuse I have someone else has found a solution. I am problem solver I am the inevitable.

The music industry took a big hit because of covid. How did this affect your business? I have have to adjust by doing more engineering work remotely and writing songs with artist and just sending sessions and vocals back and forth. Its been a blessing because it really forced me to get creative in my efforts to make money and sustain my career. My guilty pleasure as it pertains to me making money is, I like to call the bank and hear my account balance out loud on speaker phone. Im petty please forgive me.

What artists are you listening to right now?

I like Teyana Taylor,Justin Bieber, and Drake mostly. I love discovering new artist and I keep a close ear to what’s happening on the indie level. I do heavy research because that allows me to identify certain things to help my records remain competitive. I don’t like artist that lie and  embellish fanatical untrue stories to make themselves appear like they are more than what they are.

Where do you see your music career in 5 years?

I would like to be a platinum selling songwriter/producer/engineer. I would like to win a Grammy and build the careers of other deserving artist.I want to still have fun doing this. I started doing music after trying to moonwalk in my mother’s kitchen with my socks on like Michael Jackson.

How do you believe artists can give back to the community during this time?

I think artist can safely volunteer, create art that reflects the current state of the world and do things with integrity from a musical standpoint.

Who are some of your biggest musical influences?

Timbaland, The Dream, Rico Love, Michael Jackson, Paul Wall and Poo Bear.

They are all lit like two tips of a light switch.

If you could change one thing about today’s music, what would it be?

I wish we valued music like we did back in the 90’s and early 2000s. I remember when people bought music and attended concerts on a higher level than today. And lastly, I WANT TO BE THE CHANGE I WANT TO SEE!
