Soul vocalist and vegan mum JB Rose returns to music

Meet JB Rose, veteran dance music soul vocalist and singing vegan mum, has released a new single ‘Back To Love’ after returning from a creative hiatus. She wrote the song when she lost her cousin in a senseless knife attack and she hopes to“really encourage people to ‘be our brother’s keeper’ and love one another.”

She was previously signed to RCA/Sony Music as Maximum Style, with 4Hero’s Marc Mac and Dego. With them she released a seminal jazzy drum n bass album and several tracks ‘Waste Of Time’, ‘Admit To Love’ and ‘Wake Up’ that caught fire on the underground scene in the UK, US, Europe and Japan. She has also recorded with Bugz In The Attic and Swayzak, and sung backing vocals for Coolio, Omar and supported Chaka Khan.

As JB Rose Singing Vegan Mum on YouTube, she bakes and cooks inspiring vegan food and opens up her busy family life for all to enjoy. Her vlogs are home to all of her recipes, sugar free challenges and her journey as a singer. Her mother had diabetes and after she passed away in 2019, JB made it her purpose to share what she knows about food and nutrition and mix it up with her own sense of fun and positivity, to share with her family and community to help make a difference.
