Buel Releases New Music Video for Lemon Smile

Buel’s new song ‘Lemon Smile’ is out along with a quirky, avant garde video she directed herself. The song is written for her antagonist which in the video, is represented by a character in a moody faced mask watching Buel on the TV with a bunch of tomatoes on their lap ready to be thrown at Buel. Buel is challenging the character and explains that people with Lemon Smiles are scarier than her antagonist for her, as they are represented by a bunch of people wearing positive signed masks on their mouth and negative signed masks on their head. After getting beaten by the tomatoes thrown at her, she takes a bite from one and disappears all the people with Lemon Smiles. Noticing all the Lemon Smile’s absence, the moody antagonist finally get’s in the TV to catch Buel, they see their own reflection in the mirror for the first time and feeling shocked by their own reflection, hilariously faints. Written by Buel and produced by Adrian Gurvitz, the song has an electro grunge pop vibe as you’d have heard in the 90’s alter-universe and has a very smooth and radio friendly tone that could definitely be a hit.
