Life-long artist and dreamer Haley Jane; known both for her sculptures and paintings as well as her apparel line, “DreamWorld,” got her start, professionally speaking, studying abroad in Paris, France at 19-years-old. She had the chance to learn about all different kinds of artists from the past such as Leonardo DaVinci and Picasso and current artists like KAWZ have been influential in Haley Jane’s artistic method which became her inspiration.

“I hadn’t been away from my family that long nor did I speak French. So you can imagine how much of a struggle it was at first, but once I got into the groove of things, I really enjoyed it. I realized that these historic artists had a hard time in the beginning as well. I let fear stop me for so long, but I finally had to overcome that and just put myself out there.” Haley Jane remembers her artistic journey in Paris, France.

Haley Jane has always had a passion for music, art and culture. When she was an adolescent, Haley Jane was obsessed with fashion and began designing her own clothes when she was studying abroad. She even had the opportunity to designs 2 skirts and have them in a store in Paris. She kept it up once she returned to home and began hand-painting t-shirts, hoodies and hats for Hip Hop artists like E40, Ghostface Killah (Wu-Tang Clan) and Keak The Sneak as well as R&B-soul artist Erykah Badu. Later on when DreamWorld was founded in 2019, Haley Jane had a chance to fit Toya Bushharris from the Bravo Tv show “Married to Medicine” and Lil Fiz (from B2K) who were all seen walking the red carpet, and on Tv wearing DreamWorld.

“After making t-shirts for an art show in Atlanta for the Super Bowl, I was doing a few art shows [out there] and I gave [one of my t-shirts] to my stylist friend, Renaldo and he put it on Ludacris! After that, I decided to create DreamWorld Apparel.” Haley Jane remembers.

Working with artists of a larger caliber allowed Haley Jane to adorn Ludacris for the E.A. Sports Music Superbowl Fest. According to Haley Jane, this helped her turn her apparel line Dreamworld into a corporation and now allows her more time to focus on art pieces for Haley’s Art, the other side of her inspiration where she paints pop art on canvas, creates handmade sculptures and multi-media art pieces.

Thanks to the infamous Cube Art Fair, a convention-style annual event, Haley Jane is now able to reach five-million new fans and customers by sharing her art on over 50 billboards across Miami, FL. Cube Art Fair is taking things virtually and remote, ending 2020 with a grand slam for all the artists who participated this year.

“I want to inspire people through my art.” Shares Haley Jane who already has DreamWorld retailed in 16 boutiques across the U.S. and British Columbia.

Art Basel couldn’t do business as usual due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, so Cube Art Fair took an innovative spin on things by launching “Art Beyond Borders;” an artistic exchange that began in Brussels, Belgium where works of art from artists around the world were showcased in the streets. Because of the success, Cube Art Fair reinvented their usual contemporary art fair into “Art4All,” showcasing works by established and emerging artists like Haley’s Art on over 50 billboards located in Miami, at the heart of the new Miami World Center and nearby popular sections of the city like the Design District, Wynwood, Brickell and Downtown Miami.

“We came up with the idea of taking art to display to everyone with the hope to inspire people not only to stay safe but to also stay creative. And that is why our campaign’s hashtag is #staycreative. I am thrilled to see that our artists can remain creative and can inspire others to do the same,” says Gregoire Vogelsang, founder of Cube Art Fair was covered nationally on television, radio, magazines and on social media-at-large.

Being innovate during these times of the COVID-19 Pandemic is what is going to save artists and artisans across the board. Haley Jane has become even more inspired due to events like this and plans on continuing her efforts to get her artwork out to event such as 20th Annual SCOPE NY 2020 International Contemporary Art Show (March 2020), Las Vegas, NV famous Magic Fashion Show which offered the traditional convention February 2020 before the Pandemic outbreak was publicized and a digital convention September 1, 2020. Haley Jane has also participated in previous Cobb Trade Shows with

Dreamworld Apparel and plans to attend the January 10-11, 2021 edition as well. Cobb Trade Show has released a memo on their website entailing their commitment to the health and safety of their exhibitors and retailers by practicing social-distancing and mask wearing at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, GA.

Haley Jane’s passion to help inspire others to follow their dreams is what keeps her going, illuminating her vision of what is possible against all odds. She has proved that as a visual artist and fashion designer, she has what it takes to be current and relevant in a time when many artists feel shuttered. Due to her current success, Haley Jane even had the chance to be a cover model for Playboy, Sweden, January 2021.

“I became an artist because it was something God blessed me with. I never chose to become an artist; I was born an artist. When I was little, if I didn’t have paper to draw on, I would draw on myself. It eventually became a way to express myself and my happy place. If I am upset or anxious, I know it is time to paint.” Haley Jane explains her process.

Haley Jane, who plans to become a household name with Haley’s Art and DreamWorld Apparel, continues to look for boutiques and retailers who are interested in selling per pieces and participating in active fashion and art shows across the United States.
