A Dominican Singer, Esteisy Musica, Raising the Bar of Music

The Dominican Republic is an amalgamation of gorgeous beaches overlooking pristine views, rich landscapes filled with captivating sights, the electric culture. While this country is garnering attention due to its natural beauty, there is another aspect of this country the world needs to acknowledge and appreciate – its naturally gifted, talented population. This country has produced some amazing and talented individuals. From writers such as the Pulitzer Prize-winner Junot Díaz to globally-known baseball players such as Alex Rodriguez, there is a celebrity with their roots in the Dominican Republic in every sector. This country has made significant contributions to the global music industry by producing artists such as Romeo Santos, Juan Luis, Cardi B, Milly Quezada, and Esteisy Musica, an emerging artist establishing herself as a Reggaeton “It Girl.”

With her new, latin trap single, “Freak,” on its way to hit the Reggaeton Urbano market, Esteisy is on her way to cement herself in the world of music. Esteisy Musica is a singer born in the Dominican Republic’s capital, Santo Domingo. She spent 12 years of her life in this country until she moved to South Carolina USA. Even when she was a child, music was something that motivated her to keep going forward. As music was a form of escape for her, Esteisy wanted to give back to this industry. It instilled in her an inspiration to step into music, which she did when she was just 17 years old.

Determined to contribute to the music industry, the young Esteisy spent much of her time exploring different genres. While exploring the vast world of genres, she found herself connected to a few, including Reggaeton, Trap Soul, and R&B. She was evident to make a name for herself in the music industry. The young, aspiring music artist kept working on her craft until 2020 when she was ready to release her first single, “Gasta Funda.” This song marked her entrance into the industry, and thanks to her capabilities and talent, she was welcomed with open arms.

The fact that her first song acquired quick attention combined with her diverse portfolio led her to establish a global fanbase. Even after she released her first single, Esteisy did not stop working on her craft and kept bestowing the world of music with her songs. A soothing rhythm, dynamic beats, powerful lyrics combined to create a trance for the listeners. Many have called her music a ‘whole vibe.’ She released another song following her debut, “Un Dia.” And not to forget her newest single, “Freak,” that will hit the industry on July 2 this year.
