This artist is a new find for me and I’m impressed with his work. Definitely one to watch for the future.

After moving from Haiti to America, AJ Gwaup saw many opportunities that he could reach, music being one of them, as it helped him heal up every time (especially on the mic), and after trying it with a group in school, he jumped into the studio making his first single called ‘Real Talk.’ He then released a hit called ‘Balling’ whose video came just two weeks later, driving the listeners crazy.

Most modern artists are making music that is of no inspiration to the fans, something AJ Gwaup thinks should change and acts as an agent to the change. His main aim in the industry is to make music with a message and inspiration to his listeners. His motivation to the core is inspired by artists like Kodak, Future, and NBA Young boy, who he loves to listen to.
