Brooke Burke On The Growth Of The “Brooke Burke Body” App, Positivity, Health, Music, Future Projects & Looking Great At 50

Brooke Burke first became famous for her modeling in the early 1990s. Her success as a model led her to hosting the Wild On! series on the E! Network for a few years, which led to plenty of other opportunities within television. Burke truly reached a new level of fame in 2008 when she and Derek Hough won Dancing With The Stars, which then led to co-hosting the show for a few seasons. Burke has also found success as an author, an entrepreneur, an actress, and a spokesperson.

One constant between all of Burke’s roles is that she always appears to be in tip-top shape. Looking to pass on her fitness techniques and the positivity-centeric lifestyle, Burke launched the Brooke Burke Body fitness app in 2018, which The Hype had interviewed her about. Beyond working on her successful app, Burke has remained the CEO of ModernMom.com and a popular podcaster.

On October 8, 2021, I had the pleasure of speaking with Brooke Burke again, this time via Zoom and embedded below. More on the Brooke Burke Body app can be found here, here, here and here.
