Goodr and Quality Control Music to Host 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Grocery Pop-up Market

Quality Control Music and Goodr have teamed once again to provide Thanksgiving to some Atlanta Metro area families in need. The two local businesses will host a Thanksgiving-themed grocery pop-up market at Welcome All Park (4255 Will Lee Road, College Park, GA 30349) on Tuesday, November 23rdfrom 4-6PM where 250 recipients will be given turkeys and all of the trimmings to complete their family’s holiday meal.

Goodr and Quality Control first paired up to help their community last year at the height of the pandemic when CEO Pierre “P” Thomas and COO Kevin “Coach K” Lee donated $100,000 to Goodr to help feed 1,000 families in. They joined forces once again last year, providing 500 families with Thanksgiving dinner items as Covid-19 cases in Georgia resurged. This year, America has seen a rise in inflation, causing prices to soar to record highs putting undue strain on already stretched family budgets.

“We are grateful to the heads of Quality Control for their resolution in giving back to their community,” Goodr CEO Jasmine Crowe shares. “It is an honor to team up with such a household name and relieve some of the financial burden people are currently faced with.”

Combating food insecurity within the Atlanta area is a cause that Jasmine has championed since 2013 when she began feeding hundreds experiencing homelessness from her own Downtown Atlanta apartment. The experience was the impetus for founding Goodr and is the cornerstone of everything that Goodr does.
