Mariah The Scientist Marries Young Thug in the Official Music Video For “Walked In”

Rising R&B sensation Mariah the Scientist kicks off the new year with the release of the official music video for “Walked In” featuring Young Thug. Highly in demand by fans, the “Walked In” video centers around an ATL-style wedding between Mariah and Young Thug with Gunna playing the role of a best man. It’s the final piece in the roll-out of Mariah’s sophomore album, RY RY WORLD, which catapulted her into the spotlight after its release last summer. “R&B has never seen a femme fatale quite like Mariah the Scientist” Vice praised, while NPR named the project as one of the Best R&B Albums Of The Year. Pitchfork, who named “2 You” as one of the 100 Best Songs Of 2021, said that “Mariah is one of modern R&B’s realest talkers, as well as one of its most vivid storytellers.”
