Live Session with DJ EFN on Global Hip Hop Series ‘Coming Home’

Last August via another exclusive Live Session with DJ EFN, we introduced you to his new Hip Hop docu-series Coming Home which sees EFN and his team traveling the world in a deep-dive exploration of the impact of the culture in and on different countries. In our new conversation, we once again talk about his amazing docu-series, this time showcasing Columbia and South Africa.

The Coming Home series is an adventure that lays bare the underlying factors which make the Hip Hop culture one that has devotees from all walks of life and in every corner of the world. One of the key questions the team looks to get an answer to is, “How is American Hip Hop viewed in this day and age by the heads in other countries?” Pretty surprising to find a common response from each country and we cover it in each Live Session with DJ EFN…Tune in!

In case you missed it, the series return kicked off on REVOLT with Coming Home: Colombia which highlighted how music provides a platform for citizens often struggling to be heard. Coming Home: South Africa which aired on Monday, June 13^th, where DJ EFN and his crew reveal a vibrant culture inspired by social justice, patriotism, and love of all things music.
