Lamar Berko is a successful entrepreneur of half Ghanaian/Jamaican descent who grew up in South West London. Since childhood, Lamar has been passionate about luxury items like watches, jewelry, and accessories. So when his uncle handed him a high-value watch to sell, Lamar knew this was the turning point in his life. He not only sold it but made a profit from the sale, which was unexpected for a boy of his age. His uncle quickly realized his skills and handed Lamar more watches to sell. 

While selling watches, Lamar developed a fascination for high-value accessories, which eventually culminated in his love for jewelry. In 2013, this love was finally pruned into a business- LB Jewellers. However, Lamar found it difficult to penetrate the jewelry market as a newbie in an industry keen on standards and craftsmanship. He was only 19 then, and as a result, people undermined his expertise in the jewelry business. He noticed that customers tend to patronize renowned people in this space. However, Lamar was not deterred by this setback; he persisted until he succeeded. 

Throughout his career as a jeweler, Lamar ensured that LB Jewellers offers quality services that transcend the average standards people are accustomed to. This has helped him propel LB Jewellers to an international level where Lamar is no longer recognized as a jeweler but as a brand. Lamar has created exclusive pieces for celebrities like Floyd Mayweather, Wizkid, Andy Cole, Beenie Man, Russ Millions, David Beckham, Digga D, and Callum Hudson-Odoi, to name a few. However, Lamar keeps an open mind when it comes to clientele. He is open to designing for anyone with a unique taste and preference for jewelry.
