In the latest episode of Spotify Original’s Jemele Hill is Unbothered, NBA Miami Heat Legend Dwyane Wade joins Jemele during a special live taping at CultureCon NYC to discuss his documentary The Redeem Team, which follows the story of the U.S. Olympic Men’s Basketball Team’s quest for gold at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. In addition to his Netflix documentary, Dwyane also discussed the feeling of winning the Bronze medal at the 2004 Olympics which set up the next USA team to redeem themselves at the 2008 Olympics, his friendship with Kobe Bryant, and protecting his daughter Zaya Wade from harmful comments on social media.
