Photos: Baddies West Season Premiere

Situated at The Regal Theatre in North Hollywood, the Zues Network rented out the whole theater to show the new season of Baddies West executively produced by Natalie Nunn. In traditional Hollywood fashion, the Zues Network rolled out the pink carpet for these women to do what they do best.

It was like a sea of people from the moment the check-in began at 4pm and the viewing didn’t start until 8:30 PM. There were about 20 outlets there, but I was able to secure my spot right down in the front on the photography side and front row for all the action.

When the cast came in, Chrisean Rock took over the show by walking back and forth on the carpet, walking in front of the other girls’ solo shots, but then her shoe broke during one of her media interviews and she seemed pretty upset about but she didn’t seem to let it deter her bad girl attitude because a few moments later she was punching her former stylist in the face over words exchanged. That spat was quickly subsided by security and the festivities continued. There were members from all of the shows on Zues (see the gallery below).

I was a little upset that I didn’t make it inside any of the theatres to see the first episode but there was way too many people stampeding from top to bottom in each theatre to get a seat. I was provided a link to privately view the first episode and what I can share with you is that you may not have seen anything like this before on TV. Chrisean , seems to be the one everyone is trying to reclaim the spotlight from as each of the cast members are superstars in their own right. It is going to be very interesting to see how the rest of the season unfolds and into the reunion.

Lemuel Plummer and his wife Janeisha John were in attendance. I think its’s admirable what the Zues Owner and team have been able to accomplish in such a short period of time and giving the people the content that they want to see in dramatic eye-catching fashion. I’ll be looking forward to the rest of the season.
