Aquarius Boyz & Pay up Management collaboration with Sho-TimeTV / Sho-Time Battle Rap League & The Hype Magazine on Feb 18th at Polygon BK

“Karine Sho-Time Thornton” has taken the Sho-TimeTV brand to new heights with continuously hosting successful battle raps and concerts throughout New York City, and the “Dressed to Kill” concert was no exception. The collaborative event between Sho-Timetv, Pay Up Management and The Aquarius Boyz, was the weekends place to be for Hip Hop containing a mix of battle rap fans, music executes, managers, press and reality stars.

The red carpet themed event held at club Polygon had a strict Black-tie dress code which gave the Hip-Hop event a unique and upscale feel. First Dime Bookings, booked the events performers which included Lamiere, The Power Twins, Drewskiana, Relly, Samir, Legin, Poyzen, Jay28, Garnet Boldin, Karma and Wu Tang’s Nymrod. The event was DJ’ed by one of the fore fathers of Hip Hop DJ Kevie Kev, who has been Dj’ing since Hip-Hops conception.

The event was brought to a close by Sho-Time Battle Rap League. The battle rap pairings were Eclips 45 vs Monsta MEEZY, Brillz Vs Praise One, B sincere vs Killa da Mac, Bobby T vs Money L, Future 2 Fire Vs Pr3minitions and J Crump vs Kazi.

Press was ran by Hype Magazine, performances were hosted by Mickey Benson of Pay Up Management , owner of the Art of Rap and Ice T’s manager and Black Ink’s Walt and Mob-Wives Rene Graziano were among the mix of attendees. A special night Brought to you by Jamil Floress of the Aquarius Boyz, there will be more epic events in the future!
