Deck the Runway 2023, presented by Fancy by Francesca Watson LLC returns for the 5th annual fashion showcase at the beautiful Hilton Resort in Orlando Florida. The 2023 Event will be mark 5 years in business for the brand and the event is currently set to be hosted by the iconic queen of reality television Tiffany Pollard. The fashion event will present collections from Designers: Fancy by Francesca Watson (Atlanta, GA), House of the Living Dolls by Jessica Lopez (Atlanta, GA), Lainy Gold Designs (Tampa, FL), Roc The Designer ( Toronto Ontario Canada), Denise Robinett Fashions ( Baltimore, Maryland), DUHH by Designer J (Orlando, FL), Niiash Fashion by Randy Nunoo (Orlando, FL).
In addition to showcasing amazing fashions by various emerging designers, and featured performances, the event also names one model as the Model of the Year and gives out an Amplified Producers Choice Award to a series of models. The Model of the Year award, specifically will be claimed by a live model walk off during the event and decided by a judge or panel of judges.
Francesca Watson founded the Deck the Runway celebrity hosted holiday fashion event in 2018 with the first year’s host being Tiffany Pollard, so this will be a full circle moment for the brand, bringing back the original iconic host to a much more seasoned and elevated event. The purpose of Deck the Runway is to provide a platform to showcase emerging and established fashion designers while connecting them to potential customers, fashion stylists, boutique owners and other industry professionals in addition to providing entertainment in communities.
