On May 13, 2021, I had the pleasure of viewing a Zoom-based virtual cooking class led by Chef Sandra Lewis. Chef Lewis taught attendees how to prepare a Vegetarian Ramen Zoodle Bowls in the comfort of their own home. The list of ingredients for this inventive dish:
– 4 Eggs
– 4 cups Vegetable Broth
– 1 2/3 cups Broccoli, florets, raw
– 4 cups zucchini noodles
– 5 cup (42.5g) Spinach, baby
– 1 2/3 tablespoons Miso paste, brown, red, white
– 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
– 1/4 teaspoon(s) Kosher salt (1/4 tsp= 1.5 g)
– 2 cups Mung Bean Sprouts, raw
– 1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste
