Lyric Dubee is an AWARD WINNING, multi-genre artist born and raised near Toronto, Canada. Proficient and at ease playing ROCK, POP, BLUES and JAZZ, his deep appreciation and experimentation with all the genres led Lyric to personalize his own style of music known as REVOLUTION ROCK. A singer, songwriter, and guitarist he performs his own works as a solo artist and fronts his own band.

Lyric Dubee is someone who wants to change the face of music and continue to evolve with the music business as time passes!
Tell us about your current project?
The band and I are currently recording an EP in the studio and are about to leave for a month long tour to Japan and China to promote the double release of my 3rd and 4th albums Black Ice and Combat of Love.
What’s happened in your career that makes you feel this is the industry for you?
Simply the fact that it’s what I love to do most and I can’t imagine myself doing anything else!
What makes you the next great happening?
The factor that will help me the most is my endless drive to never give up and pursue my dreams of introducing the world to “Revolution Rock”.
Are your currently signed to a label or have any situation in the making?
No, I am not currently signed to a label. Although, there has been interest, we haven’t settled on anything yet. The last 4 albums have all been released independently.
Who and what are your influences?
Some of my main musical influences are musicians like John Mayer, Plini, Django Reinhardt and Thirty Seconds to Mars.
What should people expect from your upcoming 2016 projects?
Upcoming in 2016, you can expect an EP or album and hopefully more international tours!
Is there anything you would like our readers to know?
Besides music I love personal fitness, biking and animals.
