Music Industry Heavyweight Max Gousse Signs Deal With New Artist KAKA To Artistry Global!
KAKA is a rising young artist that is having fun with life and his art and building a following for it over the past few years. Max Gousse has been a force in the industry for decades, helming positions at Def Jam, Universal, and Epic among others, and founding his own family of entertainment companies under the Artistry Group Inc. He has had a hand in working with countless superstars such as Beyonce, B2K, Kelly Rowland, YG, and most recently Bay area artist Saweetie. 2021 looks to be KAKA’s break-out year, having recently signed the new deal with Max Gousse’s and his new label Big Flex Records. The new venture connects a promising superstar with international access and the ability to reach new fans.
James Stang, who has a strong history producing music for underground legends in the industry, produces the song and Movie Maker Mitch directed the accompanying video. The bright and eye-catching visuals are KAKA’s best yet as his sense of humor and creative imagination shine in the music video. Speaking on the song’s creation KAKA says “I was originally going for a song that was emotionally driven, but as soon as the beat came on I couldn’t help it! Like, how often do you get to vent and laugh at the same time?”.
With an ability to seamlessly mix genres and come up with incredibly catchy and fun lyrical content and wordplay, KAKA’s music stands out immediately. Having honed his skills over the past few years with releases making coveted playlists on Spotify such as Northern Bars, his music has developed brilliantly. The first single from KAKA under Big Flex Records is titled “Booty Burgers” and is available on stream services worldwide.
