Endless West’s Spirit Inspired by Whiskey is Here Just in Time for World Whiskey Day

World Whisk(e)y Day is this Saturday the 15th, and first-of-its-kind molecular spirits brand Endless West is here to impress anyone you choose to celebrate with!

Meet Glyph, Endless West’s spirit inspired by whiskey, that uses a unique process that analyzes thousands of molecules that typically develop during distillation and barrel aging. Endless identifies these key flavor and aroma molecules (or notes), then extracts them from plants, fruits and yeasts. This results in premium whiskey in a fraction of the time — that uses >90% less water and land compared to traditional whiskey production.

Glyph has three distinct offerings:

  • Glyph Original has taken the world by storm picking up 14 awards, including the Platinum award at the 2020 SIP competition.
  • Glyph Spice is inspired by an American bourbon, described as a medium-bodied spirit with notes of cinnamon bark, cherry, oak spice, toffee, caramel undertones, and banana aromas.
  • Glyph Royal takes inspiration from a sherry cask aged Scotch, with full-bodied notes of coffee, wood, dried fruit, burnt sugar, fig, and sherry.
