Paget Brewster On The Director’s Cut Of “Welcome To Happiness,” Voicing “Behind The Attraction,” Future Plans, Music & More

Earlier this month, Strike Back Studios — a new joint venture between Realization Films, Public House Films and Hideout Pictures — announced the re-release of the Minutehand Pictures director’s cut release of writer/director Oliver Thompson’s directorial debut Welcome To Happiness. A dramatic fantasy featuring all-star ensemble cast, Welcome To Happiness will be available for audiences to stream on Amazon Prime, Vudu, Tubi and other streaming platforms, along with across all major TVOD platformsbeginning on August 27, 2021. The film began its successful award-winning film festival run at the Newport Beach Film to captivated audiences, with much of its cast becoming internationally-known in the years since, including Kyle Gallner (Scream, Dear White People), Olivia Thirlby (Juno, Goliath), Brendan Sexton III (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie), Josh Brener (Silicon Valley, Max Steel), Paget Brewster (Criminal Minds, Community), Nick Offerman (Parks & Recreation, Fargo), Keegan-Michael Key (Schmigadoon!, Keanu), Molly C. Quinn (Castle, Doctor Sleep), Frances Conroy (Joker, Six Feet Under) and Robert Pike Daniel (Hail, Caesar!, The Spoils Of Babylon).

The aforementioned Paget Brewster was first recognized for her recurring role as Kathy on the fourth season of the NBC sitcom Friends. Her breakthrough role came as FBI Supervisory Special Agent Emily Prentiss on the long-running crime drama Criminal Minds, on which she appeared regularly from 2006 to 2012, and then returned to for guest appearances, before returning regularly in 2016. Her other roles include voicing Elise and Mr. Mumbles on Dan Vs., Frankie Dart on the final season of Community, the voice of Birdgirl in Harvey Birdman, Attorney At Law and Birdgirl, Sara Kingsley on the Fox sitcom Grandfathered, and voicing Donald Duck’s twin sister Della in the 2017 series of DuckTales. Recently, Brewster providing voiceover work for the acclaimed Disney+ original series Behind The Attraction, as produced by Dwayne Johnson and Comedy Dynamics founder Brian Volk-Weiss.
