Introducing Norwegian Emo Rap Star ‘Naits’

Naits is a 23 year old emo rap / pop rap artist from Oslo, Norway. Naits started releasing music about four years ago, but has been in love with music his whole life.

“My father is a musician, so I grew up with a lot of music around me in my home. In 2020 I went from making regular rap music to more melodic rap and I fell in love with singing.

My music usually consists of sad lyrics with high tempo and a melodic top-line. I have always used music as therapy for myself and written lyrics to get my feelings out.

It took time before I dared to release my own music because many of the songs are very personal, but as soon as I started releasing the music I realised that many others finds help and comfort in my music and that has made me confident to open up even more. My dream is to make music that people connect with and be able to travel the world and help others through my music.”

Since Naits first release in 2017 his music has been streamed more than 7 million times on Spotify and recently passed 100k monthly listeners. Naits has been featured on a multitude of Spotify Editorial playlists including ‘New Music Friday Norway’ and ‘Norwegian Rap’
