Cinnamon Babe Makes Killer Debut With ‘Pure O’

Pure O, the debut offering of Nu-Metal band Cinnamon Babe, led by the multi-faceted entertainer Stormi Maya, has made a big splash and drawn comments from far and wide…both for and against the offering. As is the want for purists from all genres when a new group hits with a variation on a sound they’ve grown to love, the group kinda caught the blues from some…so has the new era of Hip Hop artists as well. HOWEVER, one thing is clear from the song, this crew LOVES what they are doing and that is quite powerful thus it was a must to share.

Technically, there’s some growing to do but I honestly had a good time listening to Pure O and realizing the potential of the band. Stormi, who has a background in theatre before transitioning to film and television has also dabbled in the Urban Music arena but according to her social media posts, always had a love for metal and it shows.

This is just the beginning for Cinnamon Babe but the chops are there and as they get more comfortable in their skin, I see great things for them in the future. Check out Pure O below and weigh in!
