Photos: Lizzo Kicks Off The Special Tour in Sunrise, FL
3x GRAMMY® Award-winning, RIAA multi-platinum certified artist Lizzo, just kicked off her highly anticipated The Special Tour on Friday in Sunrise, FL at FLA Live Arena. The show delivered an amazing performance, opening with The Sign and continuing on with hit songs like Truth Hurts, Good As Hell, and Rumors. She also performed songs from her latest album Special, including Break Up Twice, Happy Birthday, and Naked. Check out the full setlist here.
The tour celebrates Lizzo’s recent album Special, which peaked at number 2 on the US Billboard 200 chart, becoming the highest-charting album by a female artist in 2022, while its release week also became the largest week earned among all albums released by a woman this year. The Live Nation-produced 25-date show run continues tomorrow in Washington, DC at Capital One Arena before making stops in Boston, Chicago, Toronto, Seattle and more before wrapping up the North American leg of the tour on November 18th in Los Angeles, CA at Kia Forum. The tour also features support from Atlanta rapper, Latto, on all dates.
