As black culture and excellence descended upon New Orleans for the 29th annual Essence Festival of Culture™ Presented by Coca Cola®, we got the chance to speak with Essence Ventures CMO, Erika Bennett about her Hip Hop favorites, BeautyCon, and her journey thus far in the C-Suite at Essence. Bennett embodies black girl magic in her work to amplify black voices and diversity in entertainment.
