The investment vehicle jointly sponsored and managed by Allivate Impact Capital and CEI-Boulos Capital Management injects $15 million as the project’s largest equity investor, leveraging the Opportunity Zone incentive to invigorate historically underinvested communities like Seattle’s Othello neighborhood.
