Hibachi House Turned A Pandemic Desire Into The Top Food Truck In Las Vegas

When Covid began, Zach Tolen a.k.a. Vanilla Rice saw the demand for his private hibachi catering business skyrocket. As restaurants shuttered doors, customers still wanted great meals.

This inspired an idea to create the first Hibachi Food Truck, which would still allow Tolen to deliver his highly sought after food artistry to customers during the pandemic, and Hibachi House Las Vegas was born. Customers loved the personal connection to the chef that is typical of Hibachi, especially during the pandemic.

The truck cooks all your classic hibachi style favorites, including protein, rice, vegetables, and more on our flat top grills. They offer private catering, private cooking shows, platter drop-offs, and open on select days out of Vida Kitchen in North Las Vegas.

Hibachi House recently won Las Vegas Entrepreneur Magazine’s award for ‘Best Food Truck’ which is a testament to the quality they deliver to customers every day. Their advertising which meshes hip hop with behind the scenes chef-artistry has them selling out almost daily.
