Brandi Neloms On Amazon’s International Women’s Day Event On March 8th, Amazon Working With Small Businesses & More

This Monday, March 8, 2021 marks International Women’s Day, and on that day Amazon will be celebrating the extraordinary women-owned small businesses and female authors working with the company every day. From the founders creating jobs in their communities to the writers making space for marginalized characters, these inspiring entrepreneurs are persevering through both ordinary and unexpected challenges to champion a better future for all. As part of such, Amazon will be teaming up with Diane von Furstenberg, Mindy Kaling, Priyanka Chopra and other influential women to help spotlight female-founded small businesses growing with the company all over the world.

In addition to this Monday’s event, throughout Women’s History Month, Amazon customers can discover the stories and products of inspiring women who are working with Amazon to grow their businesses, including small business sellers, authors, Alexa developers, and Delivery Service Partners.

Amazon spokesperson Brandi Neloms spoke with me on March 5, 2021 via Zoom about International Women’s Day, Women’s History Month and more, as embedded below. More information related to my discussion with Neloms is at amazon.com/internationalwomensday.
