“The Betting Exchange” Host Katie Mox On Working With MSG Networks, Sports Betting & More

Widely-renowned as “the gold standard in regional sports television,” MSG Networks’ programming regularly features live game broadcasts of the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association, the New York Rangers, New York Islanders and New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League, and the New York Red Bulls of the Major League Soccer. A few months back, MSG Networks debuted a new lineup of sports betting-related programming, as featuring both sports betting experts and star athletes from the New York market. One of these shows is The Betting Exchange, a roundtable style talk show hosted by Katie Mox, Jeff Johnson and former New York Jets safety Erik Coleman.

The aforementioned Katie Mox is not just a co-host of The Betting Exchange, but also an in-demand Digital Content Creator for sports and gambling content. She also hosts Ride With Katie on The Game Day, transitioning into a successful broadcasting career after competing as a contestant on Overtime Szn’s Pro Sports Betting League Four Quarters Of Fortune and hosting the Capping Over Cocktails podcast. Mox’s work can also be seen on a variety of social media platforms via the handle @KatieMoxBets.

On January 14, 2022, I had the pleasure of speaking with Katie Mox via Zoom, as embedded below. Beyond her work on The Betting Exchange, we spoke about how she wound up into the sports amd gambling content creation world, passions beyond sports and gambling, the San Francisco 49ers, and career goals. More on Mox and her MSG Networks work can be found here, here, here and here.
