Live Session With Aleks Paunovic and Neil Stevenson Moore on New NFT Series GENZEROES
With the talk of NFTs buzzing about, I got a chance to check in with House of Kibaa ‘s (and former pro hockey player) NFT guru Neil Stevenson Moore and Marvel’s Aleks Paunovic (Ivan in Marvel’s Hawkeye), to discuss the launch of the first-ever live-action NFT series to come to market, GenZeroes. I had a lot of fun with this conversation and learned quite a bit about this new wave in the entertainment industry.
GenZeroes is series is set 200 years after an alien invasion has left the world devastated, and where 10 factions fight to control the future of humanity. The series debuted on March 2nd. Marvel star Aleks Paunovic signed on to star in the series!
Aleks and Neil discussed with me how they came to be in the NFT space and developed this dynamic new aspect in live-action productions by including comic book style cut-outs which lend some exciting veins of interaction from the viewers allowing them to become part of the story so to speak. It’s deeper than I can explain so tune in below and get it straight from the amazing folks who put this together!!!
Neil serves as an Executive Producer for the series alongside Aleks, whose previous credits include WAR FOR THE PLANET OF THE APES, TNT’s Snowpiercer, Syfy’s Van Helsing, Roku TV’s Most Dangerous Game (in which he’s set to star for season 2) opposite Christoph Waltz. Aleks was also in the wildly successful NFT film ZERO CONTACT opposite Anthony Hopkins, and due to its revenue, are filming a sequel. He recently returned from ANTARCTICA where they filmed the first portion and will soon resume production in 9 other countries.
With such powerhouse personalities like Aleks and Neil going all-in for the NFT space, I guess it’s safe to say the phenom will soon become the norm and it’s pretty exciting.
